Join Tom Jones and Stephanie Sokenis to find out about the tools and resources available through your local UGA SBDC office to help you tackle the biggest challenges in your mature or startup business. One of the best small business resources you may not know about, the SBDC offers no-cost one-on-one consulting and a variety of training opportunities that support informed decision-making and long-term growth.

During this session, attendees will learn how a business can use the SBDC to:

  • Work one-on-one with a consultant at no cost to identify challenges, clarify goals, and plan next steps
  • Use strategic planning to support decisions, growth initiatives, and operational improvements
  • Analyze P&L, cash flow or capital acquisition opportunities
  • Implement effective marketing strategies, digital marketing initiatives, and market research
  • Enhance operations and efficiency, including systems, processes, and staffing considerations
