With a background in journalism and business operations, she’s known for cutting through noise, identifying what’s holding a business back, and building the systems that unlock real growth. Inspired by her father’s HVAC business—and what was lost when it couldn’t be transitioned, Tess authored The Legacy Link, a framework for building businesses that outlast their founders. Her work challenges owners to stop surviving inside their companies and start building something that can thrive without them.
