Join us for an update and tour of the King's Hawaiian Bakery in South Hall County, where their flagship product, Hawaiian sweet bread, is produced. Tour attendees will see a state-of-the-art facility and learn what it takes to produce the irresistible sweet rolls from start to finish. Founded in 1955, the company has grown from a small bakery operation in Hawaii, to a distribution company selling bread, rolls, and pretzels bites nationwide. The family-owned food company expanded its Oakwood facility, creating more than 160 new jobs. This new 150,000-square-foot bakery is located across the street from the King's Hawaiian facility in Oakwood South Industrial Park. King's Hawaiian opened in Oakwood in 2010, and today provides over 800 jobs for the Hall County community.
