Melissa Forster‑Green serves as the Director of Digital Health for Northeast Georgia Health System, bringing more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience. She leads the development and execution of the organization’s digital health strategy with a strong focus on elevating the patient experience across the digital journey, improving access to care, and strengthening patient–clinician connectivity. Melissa partners with leaders, clinicians, and frontline teams to evaluate, implement, and optimize technologies that shape NGHS’s digital front door. Her combined clinical nursing background and strategic expertise enable her to drive meaningful, system‑level impact.
