Double H Farm & Rescue is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and providing sanctuary for neglected, abandoned, and abused livestock. We promote humane treatment and responsible ownership through education and community outreach. We aim to strengthen the collective effort to protect and uplift the lives of all animals in need, through networking with other rescues and sanctuaries.

We are a mother-daughter team who possess a heart for disabled, abused, unwanted, and other animals who are in need. Through our ministry, we are able to rescue, rehabilitate, and often times, rehome these animals to families willing to offer love and continued support for a healthier, happier, and more productive life.

Hunter is currently pursuing a degree in large animal science and plans to continue in a career field allowing her to work hands-on with livestock. She is the sole owner of Double H Farrier Services, Topline Equine Flexion Therapy, and co-owner of the rescue. She also manages a local HIPAA therapy barn centered around children with special needs.

Terrie works in the sales engineering department for a global manufacturing company that produces poultry processing equipment as well as equipment for the fish, meat, and further processing industries. She also works full-time for Double H Farrier Services and co-owns the rescue.
